The role of TCCP’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) Committee is to support the creation of an inclusive, equitable, and welcoming TCCP ecosystem that actively celebrates intersectional diversity as a core value and strength, and commits to embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion into all aspects of our operations and engagement. The DE&I Committee is accountable for facilitating thoughtful engagement and meaningful action to create a DE&I roadmap that is inclusive of training and education, leadership development, and recruitment, retention, and support for diverse populations – such as women, persons of color, neurodivergent, and veterans – to contribute to a robust, creative, and collaborative tech workforce.

TCCP’s Women in Technology (WIT) Subcommittee is an entity that promotes a supportive, inclusive environment to advance the professional goals and aspirations of women in technology industries in the Central Pennsylvania region. The WIT Subcommittee engages in change initiatives through the advancement of an agenda, including initiatives and events, to promote an inclusive environment and ensure fair and equal access to opportunities for women. The WIT Subcommittee provides opportunities for women to network and receive support for personal and professional growth. The WIT Subcommittee is accountable for raising awareness and focusing on solutions to issues that occur to the detriment of women in technology industries in the Central Pennsylvania region through thoughtful engagement and meaningful action.

The role of TCCP’s Finance Committee is to oversee TCCP’s financial strategy and performance and support TCCP’s mission and values. The Finance Committee is accountable for near term and long-term financial health and integrity of TCCP in pursuit of its mission.
